This includes incorporating certain natural and organic foods to optimize healthy metabolism, reduce inflammation, and optimize nutrient uptake. Introducing homeopathic avenues to better sustainable health, and the ancient science of Ayurveda are all elements to getting you on the road to better health.

I will go through your home and/or office with you, room by room to identify sources of toxins, irritants, allergens, and electromagnetic energy. This includes taking a look at your pantry and fridge! Your home is your sanctuary, and could be causing you added stress without even knowing it.

In my holistic lifestyle coaching program, we take an in-depth look at mind, body, and spirit. This includes, health coaching, environmental concerns, mind-body connection work, and examining underlying beliefs, habits or stressors that can possibly be leaving you feeling less than ideal or off balance.
